SHIPPING CHARGES:

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2999/- to all locations across PAN India.

Otherwise, a small variable fee will be calculated at the checkout and charge once you’ll make the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders a flat ₹120 will be charged.

For Prepaid orders a flat ₹100 will be charged.

In case of exchange; the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one-way charge i.e ₹100


SHIPPING PROCEDURE:

Our shipping process takes place throughout the week except for public holidays in India. We make our products 'ready to ship' within 24 to 48 business hours maximum.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE:

The minimum to maximum days for delivery are 3 and 7 respectively. This entirely depends on the shipping address. We are here to help you 11:00 - 7.30 pm  with the delivery enquiries.
