03-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from Fenucci are eligible for returns or exchanges, if returned within 03 days of delivery.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS
You can return the product if you don't like the fabric, color, fit or for any reason - We don't have a problem.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

-- Step 1: Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

-- Step 2: Access our returns center & follow necessary steps.

-- Step 3: Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) after receiving return. For a returns that result in refund (STORE CREDITS) the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

SECOND EXCHANGES/RETURNS COME AT A COST

Second exchanges and/or returns for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:
1. You can ship the product on your behalf.
2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 100. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has be completed  or COD.

EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.
